Sustainable Model

Launch the for-profit arm of STA,
providing corporate training and seminars

STA "Special Ops" has done a vast amount of work with adults. Everything from workshops, presentations, and seminars to leadership expeditions and corporate training.

Thanks to the Mavericks, ZingTrain, and the Detroit Center for Social Entrepenaurship, who have helped us to develop this model.

Now all we have to do is sell it. We are raising $1,837 to get a table at the SHRM show, a three day event where we would be able to market this product to over 1,000 corporations.

50% of all profits go directly to support youth empowerment programs. The other 50% goes to build the for-profit arm.

This for-profit service to populations that have resources will develop a sustainable model. This way, youth and families will not need to depend on unpredictable funding from crowdfunding campaigns and grants.

Steady funding within our control ensures consistent programs in unstable places of violence and poverty.
